Serving an Elegant Dinner menu for 10 individuals. Held at A Taste of Hospitality culinary client's home. Their out of town guests enjoyed a Fresh Mixed Berry Salad with Crumbled Toppings and Local Vinaigrette dressing from Olive Bin. For the dinner entree, Roasted Pork Chops garnished with Roasted Red Peppers over top of fresh steamed Mixed Vegetables. To complete the evening, guests were offered Chia Pumpkin Puree with a garnish of fresh Whipped Cream.
