Together, we will meet and discuss what issues you are currently facing in your meal planning routine. Are you frustrated by time, season of life, or personal life (having a family, facing sickness or heavy workload)? Our chat will be focused on making your time in the kitchen more enjoyable!

My goal is for you to find joy in you grocery shopping and meal preparation routine. You will prepare the meals from your very own meal prep guide and make them in your own kitchen!

At the end of your 7-Day Meal Prep session, I will follow-up to learn what meals you enjoyed and what you would like to do better for next week's meal planning session!
